The Bi-Monthly Report lab is available to all supported clients.
What is the Bi-Monthly Report Lab?
This is free 30 minute increments of one on one time with our in-house report writer.
Bring your report issues or questions to the table.
The only exception is questions on Billing Reports and/or any Research pertaining to Billing.
When does the Report Lab take place?
The Report lab occurs on the first and third Fridays of the month.
Hours are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm CST.
How do you sign up?
To register simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a title of Report Lab.
Help Desk will then add your request to the Report Lab Queue.
Make sure to have the contact information in your email.
How do I know where I am at on the list?
The tickets for the report lab are tackled in the order that they are received.
If you would like an E.T.C. (estimated time of call) please send a separate information Request ticket to the Help Desk.
